Guidelines for exchanges
◦ Product to be exchanged for another size within 5 days from date of delivery. The product will no longer be eligible for an exchange post 5 days from date of delivery.
◦ All items to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
◦ In case you receive products in a damaged condition, we request you to click picture and share with us immediately for a review.
◦ We offer exchange only once on any product. Once a product has been exchanged from our size, it cannot be exchanged again.
◦ We do not provide exchange or return for additional customised or on sale products.
◦ Exchange is subject to availability of fabric and may take some extra time.
◦ Reverse pickup to be paid by customer.
◦ Cod charges will not be refunded.
◦ Shaping wardrobes reserves the right to decline any exchange request.
